<p><a title="Moho Architects" href="http://www.mohoweb.com" target="_blank">Moho Architects</a> got the go ahead with their design of what is already proclaimed to be the <em><span>&#8220;new landmark, providing crucial amenities for the city, sheltered from the tropical local climate&#8221; </span></em><span>of San Jose in Costa Rica.<br />
The sustainable mixed-use tower, that resembles a 7-fingered hand, will house hotels, casinos, office spaces and living quarters with vegetation in the skycourts. The project will complete in 2012.<br />
